We like to think of Ray’s Sunglasses as being a pretty humble company. We don’t just pay lip service to this. We’re proud of it. We’re a small team with fairly small goals. But we believe that pursuing these goals will lead to bigger and better things.
One of the most important things to this company is you, the customer. Every company says this. Believe us, we’re fully aware of it. Every company is on your side, right? Until they fill your inbox with stuff you don’t need, remind you about stuff you hadn’t forgotten about, subscribe you to “newsletters” you never wittingly subscribed to and pester you with offers for products you’re not interested in. It’s annoying. We know. We get the same crap cramming our inboxes, too!
So. We decided to do something about it. In fact, we decided to do nothing about it! That’s right. NO. MORE. SPAM. None. Never. We are done with spam email.
There are a number of reasons why we do this:
1. We’re not interested in bugging our customers! We’re far more interested in keeping them.
2. Our products are as competetively priced as they can be, all the time. There are no sales. Well, except the constant sale that takes place for 365 days a year. And we don’t need to bug you about that!
3. This company is all too aware of our current economy. So why waste money on email marketing? To us, the returns are too diminishing to be of any value.
4. If you’d like to hear from us, you can on a voluntary basis, here at our blog and especially at our Twitter, where we do our best to provide updates and latest goings on. We believe this is the fairest way we can communicate with our customers and supporters.
4. We hate spam, so why on earth are you going to like it?
